  • 2024-2025 Registration for Rodeo Hills Expanded Learning Program (ELP)

The John Swett Unified School District is glad to announce that we will be continuing our successful Expanded Learning Program for the 2024-2025 school year. Space will be very limited in our program. Our program will continue to provide students with a safe and positive environment during the hours after-school until 6:00 pm. The program provides dinner, snacks, homework time, and also enrichment activities. All students are expected to participate in all activities.

The Expanded Learning Program is funded by a state grant, in turn, there is no charge for your child to participate, but there are strict guidelines provided by the state government. There is a huge need for this program, so the attendance guidelines will be strictly enforced. The program is five days per week. If your child is absent from the regular school day for an excused reason, he/she will be excused from the Expanded Learning Program. Your child is also expected to stay in the program daily until sign out which is between 5:45 pm and 6:00 pm.

Please request an application at the main office or the ELOP program.

    Any questions, please call (510) 799-4431 (ext.3521)

    Sincerely,

Sandra Aguayo Coordinator of Rodeo Hills Expanded Learning Program
