How can I access my Aeries account?
Posted by:Email Ms. Schlepp (eschlepp@jsusd.org) or Ms. Jessica and either can assist you with the Aeries process. They will send you the information needed to create your account.

What do I do if I can't get into my live class?
Posted by:Try seeing if you can access the live class via Aeries. Under your class schedule and beside your class, click "Visit Website". This should automatically direct you to the live meeting (you might need the access code, just copy and paste it).
If all else fails, email your teacher ASAP.

What is my student login information?
Posted by:For login: this is your JSUSD email. Typically, this is the first two digits of your first name, followed by your last name, followed by "@jsusd.org".
For example: Student name is Beyonce Knowles, email is beknowles@jsusd.org
For passwords: this will be either "jshs" or "willow" (<---- if a Willow student), followed by your 4-digit student ID number.
For example: jshsxxxx or willowxxxx (the x's are the student ID)
